Group classes are a dynamic, exciting and varied way to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness in a group environment. There is nothing else like it on offer in the Valley! All sessions cater for people of all ages and abilities with modifications to make things harder or easier - it’s up to you although there are different kinds of classes depending on level of fitness and how hard you want to work - it’s up to you!!!

NB: Although the exercises in the circuits session can and are modified to cater for all fitness levels - including complete beginners - the nature of a group circuits class is that while I am as vigilant as possible, I cannot check everyone’s form at the same time. Therefore, if you are carrying serious and acute injury, you may wish to wait until you are fully recovered or take advantage of a personal training session until you are rehabilitated.
