Jennie’s circuits classes are fantastic for building strength and power for your whole body. They are varied, fun and always challenging. Her dedication and professionalism mean that every class is awesome. They are an important element of my training for mountain biking and trail running especially during the autumn and winter months. What I have really appreciated about you and your spinning classes Jennie is your encouragement and motivation to push myself to try harder which you do in a way that doesn’t put me under pressure, but just helps me to believe in myself that bit more and makes me want to try to improve myself. Having no ridden my road bike for well over a year (lack of motivation because of lack of physical fitness and self belief), your spin classes and the very kind loan of your spin bike over lockdown gave me the kickstart I needed to get fitter and stronger which in turn has led me to dusting the cobwebs off my bike an pushing myself to do rides that I never believed I would be able to do. I love your ‘can do’ attitude but also that you are sporty and knowledgeable, but still staying ‘normal human ’which makes what you do feel so much more approachable and achievable. Lindsey
Jen is supportive and knowledgeable, she has a great program to help you meet your goals in a comfortable, friendly environment. With Jennie’s expert guiding I have begun my journey to healing my body by using it correctly. Only 6 sessions and I am already a different person. Not only am I near pain-free, having lived with a slipped disc and various old injuries for years, but I am looking better. My silhouette is held together much nicer. My stomach is tighter. Using deeper muscles in the core I have discovered the joy of having a well-functioning body. Despite using more muscles in my walking, sitting, standing and running I look and feel more relaxed with less tension. The work is not done but I have been given a program to follow and keep training. I will choose to go back at intervals – like a service. How come we tend to look after our cars better than our bodies? Louise
